This Master Cleanse diet is something that you mix up yourself at home. The main ingredients are lemon juice and maple syrup. It is said that this cleanse can remove harmful toxins within the body, help reduce weight, and ulcers. It is recommended to do the cleanse for at least 10 days, and some people have actually stayed on the lemon cleanse for 45 days! People have said that after they are done with the body cleanse they have more stamina. It has been said that celebrities like Beyonce have used the Master Cleanse to lose weight for her movie.
